Hours of Operation:
Tuesday and Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm
Wednesday and Thursday 9:30am – 8:30pm
Saturday 9:30am – 4:00pm
Closed Sunday and Monday

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us accordingly as late cancellations or no-shows will be billed to your credit card on file. For treatments lasting one-hour or less, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. For treatments lasting between one to three hours, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance. For treatments lasting three or more hours, please cancel at least 72 hours prior.

Gratuity
If you were happy with the services you received, it is customary to provide your spa therapist with a 15-20% gratuity. Gratuities are accepted in cash or as a check written out to your therapist.

Loss or Damage
We are not responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles, so please leave all valuables at home.
